		<description>Glad I found this site overall but I completely agree with the post above. I have been on calls where the host seems to be interrupted every time they are brought back in to the conversation. It&#039;s not all the hard to understand how that could happen as we are all guilty of multi-tasking. 
And listening to our own recordings is a great suggestion. I do so and it goes in the &quot;what worked, what didn&#039;t and what can I do the make it better?&quot; category.
