I have been on calls where the host seems to be interrupted every time they are brought back in to the conversation. It's not all the hard to understand how that could happen as we are all guilty of multi-tasking. And listening to our own recordings is a great suggestion. I do so and it goes in the "what worked, what didn't and what can I do the make it better?" category. Keep the great advice coming!
