Someone shared with me that in some cultures the hand you use to point with can also make a difference. When I see politicians point to members of the audience, my take on it is that they&#039;re recognizing and acknowledging a friend or someone they know. However, it could make someone feel like they were &quot;put on the spot&quot; and might be considered offensive in some situations.</description>
